The sun is bad for your eyes. Sunglasses stop the sun from getting in too far. For Wiley X, not only is the sun bad, but also stuff flying around is bad. Things like fishing lures, dirt and debris, bullets and grenade fragments… pretty much day-to-day nuisance kind of stuff is bad. So Wiley X makes sunglasses that not only stop the sun, but also stop bullets (as long as they are really small and not going too fast). See below for more information.

I had a lot of fun helping Wiley X with this project. I created one longer-form 3D film demonstrating the actual test for the high-impact protection. After that, I did a bunch of tech vignettes to be used online as a PDP (product description page) technology explainers.
